One Taste's debut album features 11 instrumental tracks composed by Alonzo "Aju" Heino and arranged by the group. The album was recorded in various locations in the band's native city of Rauma, Finland, and it catches the enthusiasm and exuberance of a group of very young musicians. Upon its release, the album recieved airplay in special (jazz and instrumental music -oriented) programs in the finnish national radio, YLE, and it also got positive reviews.
